Eva Kelly Oberender is CEO at REEEP. Prior to moving to Vienna in January 2012, she led the Southeast Asia and Pacific Regional Secretariat based in Melbourne, where she was a vocal champion for renewable energy and energy efficiency policy in Pacific Island Countries. In Australia, Eva worked for the Clean Energy Council and for the Federal Department of Environment on energy efficiency regulation before joining REEEP.

Having worked in the private, non-governmental and the government sectors, Eva brings a wealth of knowledge about the various needs and agendas of each of these sectors. Eva has a background in Economics from her undergraduate studies in Prague, Czech Republic, and later gained her Master’s degree in Environmental Policy in London.
