The Private Financing Advisory Network in Latin America and the Caribbean (PFAN-LAC) is organising a Roadshow for USAID’s Caribbean Climate Investment Initiative Project Preparation Facility (CCIP PPF). This event will provide crucial insights into the CCIP PPF’s support for project development and investment facilitation in the Caribbean, focusing on renewable energy, energy efficiency technologies, climate adaptation, and natural climate solutions.

Participants will gain an understanding of how the CCIP PPF aids smaller, less mature projects that may not yet have completed feasibility studies. It will also serve as an entry point for applications to CCIP grants and technical assistance programs.

PFAN-LAC has successfully supported 10 projects in Latin America and the Caribbean over the last five years, raising nearly US $50 million. Globally, PFAN-supported projects have raised over US $3.6 billion, adding nearly 2GW of clean energy generation capacity and averting 5.2 million tons of CO2 emissions annually.

A detailed agenda will be shared with interested participants shortly. To learn more about the PPF and the project financing support we offer, please register for the Roadshow here. If you would like to submit your project proposal to PFAN-LAC, you can do so by registering on PFAN’s online project management tool, Climate Invest, where you can also start your application.
