Ella joined the PFAN team at REEEP in February 2021 first as an intern, subsequently transitioning into the role of PFAN Junior Analyst and is now one of the PFAN Analysts for the Eastern Europe & Central Asia, Pakistan, South Asia, and the Pacific regions.

Ella holds a double Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Webster University Vienna, and has recently completed her Master's degree in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). Before joining the PFAN/REEEP team, Ella gained experience working as an assistant in a tax advising firm in Vienna.
