Antoine joined REEEP in May 2021 as an Energy Access Analyst for the Beyond the Grid Fund for Africa (BGFA) programme. He works on the implementation of BGFA in Liberia and Burkina Faso.

Previously, Antoine worked for the Institute for European Environmental Policy in Brussels, undertaking research and advocacy activities as part of the low-carbon circular economy team. He also worked at the European Commission’s Directorate for Energy, assessing the geopolitical implications of the energy transition and supporting the renewable energy sector in the Western Balkans.

Antoine holds an MSc. in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management from the Central European University (Hungary) and the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (Sweden), and a BA in Environmental Policy from Green Mountain College (Vermont). He is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
