25-06-2018 to 27-06-2018, Vienna, Austria
The 2018 International Energy Policy & Programme Evaluation Conference brings together implementers and evaluators from all over the world to improve the assessment of actual and potential impacts of policies and programmes for energy efficiency and climate change mitigation.

Policies and programmes for energy efficiency and climate mitigation are ranked as top priorities by the EU, IEA and UN to help the world face the critical issues of climate change and resource conservation. This focus has resulted in growing investment into energy efficiency and low carbon measures.
There is therefore a need to improve the assessment of potential and actual impacts of these measures. To address this issue, IEPPEC provides a platform to share and learn the experience and lessons from high-quality evaluation practices.
The programme features three days of plenaries and panel sessions, on topics ranging from 'Energy Poverty and Distributional Effects' to 'Building Performance - What Have We Learned'. Highlights include an opening plenary with Monika Weber-Fahr, Executive Secretary of the Global Water Partnership, and a closing speech by Diana Ürge-Vorsatz, Director of the Center for Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Policy at Central European University. A number of site visits are also planned.
Registration for this event is still open!
